Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled E-commerce Integration Specialist to manage critical system updates and ensure seamless data flow between our Shopify e-commerce platform, Coveo AI-powered search solution, and Azure cloud infrastructure. This role is crucial for maintaining platform stability, enhancing performance, and migrating our systems to the latest API versions and cloud monitoring solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesShopify & Coveo Connector Management:- Oversee the management, configuration, and maintenance of existing Shopify connectors that synchronize data (products, inventory, customers, etc.) with internal systems and Coveo's indexing service.- Ensure the connectors are utilizing the latest supported Shopify API versions (e.g., migrating from older REST APIs to newer GraphQL or bulk APIs where applicable).- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data synchronization, API rate limits, or integration errors.API Migration & Updates :- Lead the planning and execution of the Coveo API migration project, ensuring a smooth transition to the latest API endpoints and versions.- Collaborate with the development and merchandising teams to test and validate all migrated functionalities, ensuring no disruption to the storefront experience.- Document all migration steps, configurations, and API changes thoroughly.Azure Updates & Monitoring:- Implement and manage robust monitoring solutions within Azure to track API performance, connector health, and system uptime (e.g., using Azure Monitor, Application Insights).- Migrate legacy monitoring agents (e.g., MMA/OMS) to modern Azure solutions (e.g., AMA) as required to ensure data ingestion continuity.- Perform regular Azure environment health checks and apply necessary updates to maintain security, performance, and scalability of the hosting infrastructure.PreferenceImmediate to 30 days joining
