Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including stock control, documentation, and order processing. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and support timely dispatches to meet operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize shipment labels and invoices according to packing schedules and batch requirements from marketplaces.
  • Create and manage documentation for purchase order (PO)-based orders.
  • Monitor stock levels, initiate replenishment orders when required, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Enter and update stock data in computer systems to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Organize and store returned goods in their designated locations.
  • Maintain quality standards across all warehouse processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in coordinating warehouse activities to meet dispatch deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or related functions.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
