Currently, we are engaged in lining work of Gate Shafts (Elliptical Shape), Surge Shafts & Pressure Shafts for Hydropower project & we have also bagged a prestigious project in Bangladesh for constructing Cement Silos with help of indigenous Hydraulic Slipform System. We also undertake designing fabrication & supply of form works like Mobile Arch, Tunnel Shuttering, Mobile Kerb Lining Shuttering, Mobile Horseshoe Tunnel Formworks, Girder Shuttering, cantilever shuttering. our centering scaffolding & shuttering material for Bridges, Flyovers, Treatment Plants, Dams Commercial, Industrial & High Rise Structure are economically designed to sustain a highly corrosive environment to match everyones budget.

• Cement silos by slip form techniques
• Bridge Piers straight and tapered with Slip form Technique

ESR water shafts and underground surge shaft for Hydropower with slip form techniques in Mumbai for BMC water tunnel project.
Clinker Silo constructed including carrying Roof Girder for casting slab at the top level with specially design the Slip form system without affecting the work of concrete and steel team.
We have done concrete lining of Gate Shafts (Elliptical), Surge Shaft with gate groove, Pressure shaft with single side formwork of slip form system.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES - CIVIL ENGINEER
A) Daily Work:
1) Prepared Site DSR
2) Monitoring site activity
3) Review all running sites (site requirement / labour issue etc.)
4) Daily labour management
5) Review costing part daily + inform to site engineer for loss if any.
B) Weekly Work:
1) Weekly of all running sites taken on every Thursday with proper certification and forwarded to Accounts for payment.
2) Site Requirement (Purchase material at site / repairing work / consumables / staff welfare etc) checking, rate confirmation and forwarded to Accounts to process the payment.
3) Review of all running project for time schedule (as per bar chart)
C) Monthly Work:
1) Prepared running project IDLE / Overstay Statement (days with proper reason)
2) Review of all running project for time schedule (as per bar chart)
3) Project cost review.
D) Billing Work
1) Co-ordination with site person for prepared the bill after completion of each stage.
2) After receipt of bill from site, checking of qty as per Work Order drawing and then preparing final bill.
E) New Enquiries
1) Calculation Qty for Civil, Mechanical & Fabrication as per received details / drawing
2) Making costing part for submitting the quotation.
3) Designs construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models.
4) Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
5) Tender related work
F) Other Work
1) Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.
2) Finalization of contract documents for labours.
G) Additional Task (Inventory Management)
For Procurement of Material
i) After receipt of request from factory / sites, first check the old stock reconciliation.
ii) Then take the rate from Suppliers rate compare with 2-3 suppliers
iii) After receipt of material prepared GRN with co-ordinating with factory person
H) Travelling -
Possibility for travel in Mumbai or abroad for site visit or any other official work .

I) Handling Site Activities:
Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
Handling all site activites.
