Position: SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER (with Architectural background)

Job Location: Ponda, Goa (Project Site)

Experience Required: 10-15 Years (Relevant experience in site execution of architectural / heritage/government / institutional projects preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead site execution, ensuring work is carried out as per architectural drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Prepare, maintain, and update Gantt charts, project schedules, milestones, and progress tracking.
- Coordinate effectively with the Architect(s), Client's Office, Consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee a team of site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers; ensure quality control and inspection.
- Manage site documentation, approvals, and permits as required under local government norms.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, statutory regulations, and government project procedures.
- Report regularly to the Project Manager / Head Architect on project status, risks, delays, and corrective actions.

Candidate Profile

- Degree in Architecture or equivalent; additional credentials in Civil / Construction Management are an advantage.
- 10-15 years of relevant site experience, especially in government / institutional / museum/heritage projects.
- Strong familiarity with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and ability to produce and monitor time schedules (Gantt charts, etc.).
- Excellent communication, liaison, and negotiation skills with architects, clients, and government bodies.
- Thorough knowledge of statutory permissions, government tendering/contracting procedures.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving mindset, ability to work under constraints (cost, quality, timelines).
