You will:Manage daily cybersecurity operations, including monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.Incident Response (L1 Escalation): Act as the first escalation point for security incidents and lead initial investigation and containment efforts.VAPT Oversight:

Ensure regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests are conducted and reviewed.Report incidents and vulnerabilities to Senior Manager (L2) for further escalation if required.Lead and mentor junior cybersecurity team members, ensuring their continuous development.

You have:5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.Deep knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) and regulatory requirements.Expertise in vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and ethical hacking tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nessus, etc.Strong understanding of incident response, threat intelligence, and SOC operations.Familiarity with SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and other security monitoring tools.Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure) and network security concepts.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to mitigating security risks.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certification is required. Additional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or similar is an advantage.
