This role will be the cornerstone of identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent across domains while ensuring a cultural and capability fit with Fundvice’s evolving structure.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle recruitmentfor roles across consulting, strategy, finance, and operationsPartner closely with vertical heads and founders to understand manpower plans and define hiring roadmapsProactively source and pipeline candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, AngelList, Internshala, and referralsConduct screening and evaluate for skills, experience, attitude, and alignment with Fundvice valuesStructure and schedule 2–3 layered interview rounds across business unitsMaintain and update hiring trackers, dashboards, and ATS records (experience with KEKA or similar a plus)Lead employer branding initiatives in coordination with the marketing and operations teamEnsure candidate experience is sharp, professional, and in sync with Fundvice’s positioningDrive campus hiring, job fairs, and intern intake as per business needsEnsure compliance with internal documentation and onboarding processesWho You Are2–5 years of strong recruitment experience (consulting/startup/BFSI preferred)Comfortable handling mid-senior level mandates with multi-role hiringExceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you’re not just hiring, you’re storytellingStrong organizational skills with high ownership and follow-throughAbility to work in a fast-paced, founder-led, high-performance environmentPrior experience using ATS (like KEKA, Zoho, or similar platforms)In-office availability in Noida is mandatory (this is not a remote role)What We OfferA clear path to grow intoTA Lead / HRBP roleswithin 12–18 monthsThe chance to workdirectly with foundersand influence business hiring strategyCross-sector exposure in M&A, startups, consulting, and financeVibrant, ethical, and performance-driven culture with zero micromanagementA platform to build your personal brand as a talent magnet in the ecosystemReady to build the Fundvice team with us?Send your resume towith the subject:“Application – Recruitment Specialist | (Your Name)”
