(TCF) is an Indian philanthropic foundation committed to enhancing the lives of all Indians through rapid and sustained economic growth. Founded by Ashish and Manisha Dhawan in April 2021, TCF institutionalised their personal philanthropic efforts, which included pioneering institutions such as Ashoka University and Central Square Foundation. We believe that economic growth is the most powerful engine for ensuring basic human welfare, and therefore, we focus on two pillars. Pillar 1 comprises areas such as manufacturing, infrastructure, and ease of doing business that can have an immediate impact on increasing the labour intensity of India's growth. Pillar 2 encompasses areas that enhance human capability and meet basic human needs such as education, nutrition, and clean air.
To achieve our mission, we work on three focus areas at the organisational, network, and ecosystem levels:Build pioneering institutions that solve some of India's most complex socio-economic problems.Anchor the network of pioneering organisations and leaders that can learn from and support each other in their long-term mission.Shape the ecosystem in critical areas such as the role of strategic philanthropy, accelerated economic growth and effective provision of basic goods, and system reform strategies.

Position SummaryThe Associate, Finance & Accounts will work on general Accounting in Tally, payment processing for vendor/consultants, verification and accounting of reimbursements. This role will report to Finance Manager / Associate Director - Finance.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Accounting in Tally packageValidation and payment processing for vendor/consultantsVerification of reimbursement claims of employeesEnsuring TDS compliance
Required Qualifications, Skills and AbilitiesCommerce Graduate (B. Com)5-8 years of work with basic accountingExperience in Accounting and Tally package,Working knowledge of MS office mainly ExcelCan-do attitude, attitude to learn and adopt new accounting processesHave fair knowledge of social sector accounting (preferred)
CompensationRemuneration will be competitive with Indian philanthropy pay scales and will depend upon the candidate's experience levels.
