We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) applications.

As a ServiceNow GRC Developer, you will play a crucial role in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet the specific needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and Implement GRC Solutions : Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC solutions including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Audit Management.

- Customization and Configuration : Customize and configure the ServiceNow GRC applications to align with organizational requirements and best practices.

- Integration : Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other systems and applications using SOAP, REST, and other integration methods.

- Process Automation : Automate GRC processes using ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.

- Performance Optimization : Optimize the performance of the ServiceNow GRC platform by fine-tuning configurations and implementing best practices.

- Documentation : Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement GRC modules.

- Support and Maintenance : Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ServiceNow GRC applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

- Training and Mentoring : Train and mentor junior developers and end-users on ServiceNow GRC functionalities and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Technical Expertise : Strong technical skills in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.

- GRC Knowledge : In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC applications, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Audit Management.

- Integration Experience : Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using SOAP, REST, and other integration methods.

- ServiceNow Scripting : Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.

- Configuration Management : Experience in configuration management within ServiceNow, including managing update sets and versioning.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Project Management : Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Certifications : ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist - GRC.

- Experience with ITIL : Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.

- Risk and Compliance Frameworks : Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and SOX.

- Database Knowledge : Understanding of relational databases and SQL.

- UI/UX Design : Experience with UI/UX design principles and practices.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
