This role involves troubleshooting, configuration, user support, and ensuring seamless integration of LIS with other healthcare systems. The candidate should have strong experience in LIS workflows, HL7 messaging, and clinical data handling .Job Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day support for Copia LIS including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshootingManage HL7 interfaces and ensure accurate data exchange with EHRs and analysersCollaborate with lab and IT teams to resolve issues and implement enhancementsPerform system validation, upgrades, and documentationTrain end users and maintain SOPs for LIS operationsEnsure compliance with regulatory and security standardsSkills (Must Have):5+ years of experience supporting LIS systems, specifically Orchard CopiaStrong understanding of HL7 v2.x (ADT, ORM, ORU)Experience with browser-based LIS access and mobile supportTroubleshooting LIS issues and user supportFamiliarity with clinical workflows and lab operations
