Ensure optimal line balancing, time studies, and layout creation using AutoCAD. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of assembly processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and problem-solving techniques. Maintain high standards of safety and quality in all shop floor activities. Experience in lean manufacturing certifications or Six Sigma. Familiarity with advanced material handling automation. Experience 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in machine shop setup and operations.
