This role demands deep experience in supply chain operations, strong managerial and stakeholder engagement abilities, and advanced analytical skills. The Senior Specialist will drive process optimization, automation, and governance of master data, with significant focus on supporting strategic decisions in procurement, sourcing, and category management.​ The role requires direct oversight of process transformation initiatives, providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members, and leading cross-functional projects to enable digital excellence in supply chain master data. Responsibilities: Leadership in Process Transformation Provide leadership and guidance for supply chain data and process transformation initiatives, specifically for procurement, sourcing, and category management. Analyze existing supply chain processes to identify advanced improvement opportunities and drive strategic changes for increased efficiency. Mentor, train, and coordinate junior specialists, assigning tasks and reviewing project delivery. Develop and standardize master data focusing on supplier, item, contractual, and process accuracy for procurement and sourcing. Reporting, Governance, and Oversight Collaborate with teams to develop Power BI/Excel dashboards for enterprise-level analytics, insights, and business metrics. Manage the reporting of critical metrics and ensure effective executive-level follow-ups. Lead transformation and centralization of reporting processes with a focus on large-scale automation and process governance. Oversee data quality and governance activities, ensuring procurement master data meets the needs of all business units. Define and implement frameworks for procurement master data governance, ensuring consistency across systems and regions. Advanced Stakeholder & Team Management Work closely with global and regional stakeholders to understand business requirements, aligning process and data transformation projects. Provide consistent updates to leadership and stakeholders on process improvements and reporting outcomes. Promote effective communication and collaboration across teams and global regions. Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate workshops, and drive alignment between sourcing, procurement, and data management stakeholders. Technical Competencies & Advanced Analytics Leverage Excel, ERP, Power BI, and other relevant tools for enterprise reporting and analytics. Apply advanced analytical skills to extract insights, addressable vs contracted spend, and savings opportunities. Focus on large-scale automation and system integration to streamline processes and drive efficiency. Champion innovation in supply chain reporting, manage complex spend analytics, and support adoption of new digital transformation tools. Drive analytical projects targeting procurement savings, addressable vs. contracted spend, and process optimization. Qualifications Master's/Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. 10+ years of experience in supply chain/manufacturing with significant exposure to data/process transformation, procurement, sourcing, and category management. Strong understanding of SCM and master data governance processes Proven experience managing projects and mentoring teams Power BI and ERP (SAP/Oracle) advanced working skills preferred Excellent business communication (verbal & written), interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management High learning agility, accountability, and effective collaboration skills Interpersonal skills - demonstrated ability to work in a global environment, manage teams, and engage stakeholders across regions Track record of leading transformation initiatives, managing complex data sets, and driving strategic improvements in supply chain operations Deep hands-on experience with procurement analytics, sourcing projects, category management, and master data quality initiatives Additional Comments Full time role P3 (Specialist) depending on work experience and candidature.
