Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Enrollment & Counselling at IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd. in Lucknow. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to managing and leading the team involved in enrollment processes, providing counselling to students and overseeing guidance for entrance exams.
Qualifications
Experience in leading team, planning and execution of Student acquisition activities. leading the team involved in managing enrollment processes and providing counselling.
Knowledge of various entrance exams like CAT, CLAT & IIM IPM.
Familiarity with admission consulting for MBA in India.
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Bachelors or Master's Degree.
