About Position: We are looking for an experienced Application support to be responsible for providing solutions for technical issues which may affect product delivery. You will facilitate requirement analyses, conduct peer reviews, provide feedback, and enhance frameworks. To be successful as a L2/L3 support, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in support technologies. Ultimately, as a top-notch & you should have good analytical skills, the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions, and excellent teamwork skills. Role: Application Support Location: Bangalore Experience: 4 to 8 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Collaborate with coworkers to conceptualize, test software. Conduct quality assurance to ensure that the software meets prescribed guidelines Roll out fixes and upgrades to software, as needed Secure software to prevent security breaches and other vulnerabilities Collect and review customer feedback to enhance user experience Suggest workflow alterations to improve efficiency and success. Pitch ideas for projects based on gaps in the market and technological advancements Expertise You'll Bring: Proven experience in application support engineering, with a strong emphasis on Kubernetes environments. Proven experience in giving support for Microservices based application Good understanding of Google cloud platform & services Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration tools, with hands-on experience in Kubernetes. Proficiency in implementing and managing monitoring solutions (e.G., Dynatrace, AppDynamics ) for applications and infrastructure. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze logs and performance metrics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with cloud platforms (e.G., GCP,AWS, Azure) is a plus Object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. Knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate). Experience in the Shell and Python scripting Address and resolve issues related to database performance. Provide ongoing support to the performance team. Offer support to Level 3 (L3) operations, including scripting and automation tasks. Implement automation solutions for database management and related tasks. Manage tasks related to database certificate maintenance and updates. Conduct proactive system checks focusing on users and other operating system-related tasks. Experience in Database Installation, Patching, and Upgrade. MySQL backup strategies full backup, incremental backup, and restoration Understanding of Replication Master-Master, Master-Slave Basic Cluster knowledge. Understanding of DR-Drill activities.
