We’re building AI-driven products for revenue cycle management and scaling our engineering team rapidly. We are looking for a Frontend Engineer who cares deeply about building beautiful, performant user experiences and can work across modern frontend tools, animations, and cloud-integrated applications. This role is perfect for someone who loves React and Next.js, has strong product/UI instincts, and enjoys taking features from concept to polished execution. What You’ll Do Build and maintain responsive, accessible and highly performant user interfaces using React and Next.js Translate design concepts into pixel-perfect, production-ready frontend experiences Implement complex data visualizations and interactive dashboards for healthcare analytics Create smooth, performant animations, transitions and micro-interactions using GSAP Collaborate closely with backend engineers to design, consume and integrate RESTful APIs Work with Google Cloud Platform services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Storage and related tooling Use and improve frontend tooling including Vite, Webpack and modern build systems Implement and maintain state management solutions such as Redux or Context API Apply strong Type Script practices, type safety principles and modern Java Script techniques Optimize performance, loading times and frontend architecture Write maintainable, well-documented and thoroughly tested code using Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright and related tools Participate in code reviews and guide discussions on frontend architecture and best practices Contribute to UI/UX improvements, design discussions and component-level decisions Troubleshoot, debug and resolve complex frontend issues in a fast-paced environment Required Skills and Experience 3+ years of professional frontend development experience Proven track record of building and shipping production-grade web applications Expert-level proficiency in React and Next.js Strong Type Script and modern Java Script skills with deep understanding of type safety Proficiency with GSAP for building smooth, performant animations Strong UI/UX sensibility and experience translating designs into responsive interfaces Solid understanding of backend systems, RESTful APIs and cross-team collaboration Experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially Cloud Run or Cloud Storage Proficiency with tooling such as Vite, Webpack or similar build systems Experience with state management (Redux, Context API or equivalent) Strong knowledge of responsive design and CSS-in-JS frameworks Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows Strong debugging and performance optimization skills Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library or Playwright Preferred Skills (Great to Have) Data Structures and Algorithms proficiency Google Cloud Platform certifications Experience with healthcare or fintech applications Familiarity with Web Sockets or real-time communication patterns Experience with design systems, component libraries or UI frameworks Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments Familiarity with monitoring tools and analytics for frontend performance What You’ll Work On Building intuitive, fast and reliable user interfaces for our healthcare billing intelligence platform Designing and implementing data-driven dashboards and interactive visual components Integrating frontend features with backend APIs and cloud services Creating delightful animations and interactions that elevate user experience Optimizing frontend performance, bundle sizes and overall scalability Contributing to architectural decisions and long-term frontend roadmap Maintaining high code quality and participating in rigorous code reviews How You Work Extreme attention to detail in both code quality and visual execution Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate choices clearly Ownership mindset — you take features from idea to deployment Curious, self-driven and constantly learning modern frontend practices Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex challenges Why Join Gabeo.ai Fast-paced startup where your work ships quickly and makes an immediate impact Ownership of key features and autonomy in technical decisions Remote-first culture with flexibility and trust Opportunity to build foundational pieces of a high-traction Silicon Valley health-tech platform Join a highly technical team solving meaningful, real-world problems in healthcare If this sounds like the right fit and you are available to start immediately, we’d love to hear from you.
