The Role We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js to build high-performing, intuitive, and scalable web applications. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to craft seamless, pixel-perfect user experiences that power Volopay’s global fintech platform. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality web applications using React.js. Translate complex UI/UX designs and product requirements into clean, reusable, and efficient code. Optimize performance, responsiveness, and scalability across browsers and devices. Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, product, and design teams for smooth integration and delivery. Ensure code quality through peer reviews, testing, and best practices. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and usability issues. Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and suggest practical adoption. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in frontend development with a strong command of React.js. Deep understanding of Java Script (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Solid grasp of frontend architecture, state management, and component lifecycle in React. Familiarity with REST APIs, frontend build tools, and Git. Strong attention to detail, debugging, and performance optimization skills. Good understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards. React Native experience is a plus. Bonus Points Prior experience in a Saa S or product-based startup. Passion for clean, maintainable, and scalable code. Curious mindset keen to explore new tools, libraries, and frameworks. Ability to take ownership and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
