Role :

This role is the first marketing hire for the business . He/she will be responsible for owning Lyskraft’s retail brand (in stealth for now) and applying their expertise to generate brand love and revenue from offline and online customers. Some of the aspects of this role include:


  • Own tonality and communications - create a sharp and consistent voice and visuals for the brand across all channels.
  • Working with various agencies and partners for store launch, and building store assets like AV, store visuals, shopping bags, and more. 
  • Managing social - building awareness, conversations and hype on social channels.
  • Content calendar - own the content calendar and to ensure we are topical and consistent across all our touchpoints of store, website and social.
  • ⁠Website content and creatives - Keep the website looking fresh with frequent new contextual content. 
  • Work with the creative agency to deliver creatives, events and marketing initiatives across all touchpoints - store, social, online shop.

  • High on self learning and comfortable with quick experimentation, implementing ideas quickly and build learnings.

  • 2-7 years of relevant marketing experience


Preferred (but optional) attributes :

  • Experience of online fashion platforms or offline fashion retail & understanding of how these businesses operate is an added advantage. 
  • Previously worked on a 0 to 1 product at a startup or in a new business within a larger company.
  • Passion, interest or experience in fashion or lifestyle category
