Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and planning of diverse real estate projects, including commercial buildings, hotels, office layouts, and residential complexes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in architectural design, project execution, and coordination with various stakeholders. The role demands proficiency in modern architectural tools and software to ensure high-quality and efficient designs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs for commercial, hotel, office, and residential projects.
  2. Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and blueprints with precision and adherence to local building codes.
  3. Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project feasibility and compliance.
  4. Conduct site analysis, space planning, and feasibility studies to optimize project designs.
  5. Lead design review meetings and present design concepts to clients, management, and government authorities.
  6. Oversee the preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and specifications for architectural elements.
  7. Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building regulations, and environmental guidelines.
  8. Supervise junior architects, drafters, and design teams, providing guidance and technical expertise.
  9. Keep up with emerging trends in sustainable architecture and smart building technologies.

Technical Skills & Software Proficiency:

  • The candidate must be proficient in the following architectural tools and software:
  • AutoCAD (for 2D drafting and detailing)
  • Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (for architectural presentations and renderings)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (for documentation and reporting)
  • Registered Architect with the Council of Architecture (COA), India.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in architectural design, detailing, and space planning.
  • Excellent knowledge of building codes, bylaws, and approval processes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
