AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Digital Financial Operations Analyst
As an Analyst in Digital Financial Operations, you will be a key member of the Finance team responsible for managing and optimizing digital financial processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting financial decision-making through advanced analytics. This role requires strong expertise in financial analysis, digital tools, and a broad understanding of financial operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance financial systems and processes.
**Your Impact**
+ You will manage and optimize digital financial processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
+ You will perform advanced financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
+ You will ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis in portfolio planning, financial planning and management platforms.
+ You will leverage digital tools and technologies to enhance financial operations and reporting.
+ You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. You will support the development and implementation of financial systems and tools, AI agents and automations.
**Your Experience and Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a financial role.
+ Advanced certifications such as CFA, CPA, or similar preferred.
+ Hands-on experience with financial analysis tools, ERP systems, Portfolio planning, and digital financial platforms.
+ Advanced knowledge of financial reporting standards, data analysis, and financial modeling.
+ Experience with process improvement methodologies and digital transformation initiatives. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is in Pune, providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience, and Engineering functions.
