Guidewire BillingCenter/Configuration Developer

Key Responsibilities :


Guidewire Billing Center Configuration :


- Configure and customize the Guidewire Billing Center application to meet business requirements.


- Develop and implement business rules, workflows, and other configurations within Guidewire.


- Perform system configuration tasks, including screen layouts, data models, and product and Integration :


- Develop and maintain integration points between Guidewire Billing Center and other enterprise systems.


- Utilize Guidewire Studio for development and configuration tasks.


- Create and manage integration solutions using SOAP and REST with Acceleration Center :


- Work closely with the Acceleration Center to understand project timelines and deliverables.


- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.


- Provide technical guidance and support to the Acceleration Center team Assurance and Troubleshooting :


- Conduct unit testing and support QA testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.


- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guidewire Billing Center configurations and integrations.


- Document configuration and development activities, including technical specifications and user Improvement :


- Stay updated with the latest features and enhancements in Guidewire Billing Center.


- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.


- Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance skills and :


- Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with Guidewire Billing Center.


- Proven experience in configuring and developing within Guidewire Billing Center.


- Experience working with Acceleration Centers or similar collaborative environments is a plus.


Skills :


- Strong proficiency in Guidewire configuration and integration.


- Proficient in programming languages such as GOSU, Java, and XML.


- Familiarity with web services (SOAP and REST) and database management.


- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
