- Contract Drafting and Review:- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, purchase agreements, partnership agreements, and licensing agreements.- Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements, company policies, and industry standards.- Identify and mitigate potential legal risks in contract terms and conditions.- Contract Management:- Maintain and update the contract management system with all relevant contract information.- Monitor contract performance and compliance, ensuring all parties fulfill their contractual obligations.- Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.- Legal Compliance and Risk Management:- Identify potential legal risks in contracts and develop mitigation strategies.- Ensure proper documentation and approval processes are followed.- Conduct regular audits of contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance.- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations that could impact contracts and company operations.- Communication and Collaboration:- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, procurement, and project management teams, to gather necessary information and approvals.- Serve as the primary point of contact for external parties regarding contractual and legal matters.- Facilitate clear and effective communication regarding contract status, changes, and requirements.- Reporting and Analysis:- Prepare regular reports on contract status, performance metrics, and compliance issues.- Analyze contract data to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on contract-related and legal issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related field. A Master’s degree (LLM) or JD is preferred.- 3+ years of experience in contract management, legal, or related roles.- Strong understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and industry regulations.- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.- Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM, or equivalent).- Experience in the technology, defense, or electronics industry.- Familiarity with international contract laws and practices.- Experience with government contracts and regulatory compliance.

Working Conditions:

- This position may require occasional travel.
