The Job

Our client seeks a dynamic Business Development Executive/Client Manager  to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in RPO sales, with a strong focus on the US Market . This role requires a combination of sales acumen, client relationship management, and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

Job Description:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the US market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Effectively present Talent Prowl’s RPO services and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while optimizing profitability.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting data.


The Profile

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in RPO sales, preferably with a focus on the US market.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
