We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Servicing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relations within the design industry, with a keen understanding of design principles and processes. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring project satisfaction, and facilitating effective communication between clients and our design team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Coordinate with the design team to ensure that client requirements are met on time and within scope.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their design needs, goals, and preferences. Translate client requirements into actionable project plans.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with client expectations. Review and approve design concepts and final outputs before client presentation.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the project. Implement solutions that satisfy client needs and maintain project momentum.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates to clients on project progress. Prepare and present performance reports, project insights, and post-project evaluations.
  • Client Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications or training in client management or project management are a plus.
  • Proven experience in client servicing or account management within the design industry.
  • Strong understanding of design processes, terminology, and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • A client-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.


Salary - 6-7 LPA
