Position Overview: We are in search of a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. This role will support our Delivery Lead and Senior Product Manager in advancing the development and expansion of our lending platform. As a pivotal member of our team, you will conduct thorough research and analysis, identify market needs, and contribute to the entire product development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to pinpoint needs and opportunities within the lending industry.
  • Analyze customer feedback and product data to enhance and optimize platform performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and user stories aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform.
  • Support the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Perform A/B testing and user research to validate hypotheses and refine product strategies.
  • Define and monitor key product metrics, providing actionable insights to drive decision-making.
  • Assist in crafting and maintaining comprehensive product documentation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the fintech sector.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, ideally within the fintech lending domain.
  • Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at working within cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of user experience design principles and user research techniques.
  • Expertise in Salesforce administration is essential for this role.
