Role Introduction:


The Reporting Analyst - Finance Shared Services is a key member of the Finance Shared Services team, responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis. This role ensures the integrity and efficiency of our financial reporting processes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, prepare, and review financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) for Finance Shared Services.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain reporting templates and tools to optimize reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather data, reconcile accounts, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new reporting processes and procedures.
  • Stay updated on relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to internal control policies and procedures.
  • Communicate financial reports and analysis clearly and concisely to stakeholders.


Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting or analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and macros.
  • Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., Hyperion, SAP) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
