Senior Performance Marketing


Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across eCommerce, quick commerce and Brand owned D2C platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and Communication that resonate with the target audience.
  • Planning, Boosting & Optimizing Campaigns, Posts on Meta Universe (Facebook, Instagram) in collaboration with Brand & Marketing Team.


2. Performance Analysis and Optimization:

  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Utilize A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
  • Work closely with the analytics team to track key performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders, including recommendations for optimization and future strategies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (4–5 years) in digital marketing for D2C Brands across eCommerce, Quick Commerce, Meta & Google
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon AMS & Quick Commerce Advertisement consoles and its optimization hacks.
  • Experience in A/B testing, CRO, and campaign data analysis.
  • Ability to manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in the FMCG (food industry) sector is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the nuances of eCommerce and quick commerce platforms, and can drive performance in the highly competitive FMCG sector.
