Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Vadodara. This full-time, on-site position is pivotal in driving our international market expansion efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and facilitating effective business communications. Additionally, the role involves managing key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of international markets and demonstrate a proven track record in business development within the biotechnology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets to drive revenue growth.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Facilitate effective business communications, ensuring clarity and alignment between internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to align business development strategies with product offerings.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Represent Infinita Biotech at international trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing + Min. 4 Years of Experience in Biotechnology or Chemical or Specialty Chemical Field (Preferable for International Market)
  • Proven proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a focus on international markets.
  • Strong capabilities in Business Communication, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with International Customers.
  • Demonstrated experience in Account Management, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • With extensive experience expanding into international markets, and market entry strategies.
  • Exceptional negotiation and sales skills
