What You’ll Do:
- Own day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger management using Zoho Books.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports – your work will be seen by leadership and will shape financial decisions.
- Partner with senior management to help build budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure financial compliance and maintain internal controls to protect company assets.
- Support process improvements to make our finance operations even more efficient.
Who Should Apply?
- Experience: 3-5 years in accounting or finance, preferably in an IT Services BPO environment.
- Skills: Mastery of Zoho Books, strong understanding of accounting principles (IGAAP/Ind AS knowledge is required; US GAAP is a bonus).
- Growth-Oriented: You are looking for a role where you can grow, learn, and eventually take on greater responsibilities.
- Candidates pursuing CA or ICWA are welcome to apply.
