Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development within a corporate environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide insightful financial guidance to senior management and stakeholders, driving business performance and profitability.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:Develop and oversee the company's financial planning processes.Prepare and analyze financial forecasts and budgets.Monitor key financial metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Financial Reporting:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Present financial results to senior management and key stakeholders.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting principles.

Strategic Financial Management:Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.Evaluate capital investment proposals and conduct ROI analysis.Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

Risk Management:Assess and manage financial risks and opportunities.Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks and ensure business continuity.Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize liquidity.

Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., department heads, executives) to understand business needs and provide financial insights.Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and auditors.

Requirement:Certification as a Chartered Accountant.7+ years in Business FinancePrior experience in Insurance/Insurtech company is a plusStrong financial acumen and analytical skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Adapt at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
