At Amba Digital Design, we are a fast-growing creative startup specializing in digital growth, performance marketing, and brand strategy. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can strategize, innovate, and deliver measurable results.

This role requires someone who can scale eCommerce sales and generate high-quality leads through data-driven strategies across multiple platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), and other remarketing platforms.
  • Run full-funnel campaigns — awareness → consideration → conversion → retention.
  • Execute lead generation campaigns for different industries (B2C & B2B) with high-quality lead delivery.
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, targeting, landing pages, and lead forms.

2. E-commerce & Lead Growth

  • Drive eCommerce sales growth (Shopify/D2C) with high-performing funnels.
  • Optimize product listings, checkout flows, and lead forms for maximum conversion.
  • Implement CRO strategies — upselling, cross-selling, abandoned cart, and form optimization.
  • Work with design/content teams to deliver conversion-focused ad creatives and landing pages.

3. Tracking & Analytics

  • Set up and manage GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, UTM tracking, CRM integrations.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily/weekly, ensuring lead quality and sales KPIs.
  • Build dashboards to report on ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR, and lead quality metrics.

4. Customer Journey & Retention

  • Build remarketing campaigns targeting abandoned carts, incomplete forms, and past customers.
  • Run loyalty and retention campaigns via Email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
  • Leverage Lookalike & Custom Audiences to scale both sales and leads profitably.

5. Budget & Performance Ownership

  • Manage ad spends strategically to maximize ROI and lead-to-sale conversions.
  • Forecast sales & lead volume monthly, aligning with business revenue goals.
  • Scale campaigns profitably while ensuring lead quality is not compromised.

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of proven hands-on performance marketing experience in eCommerce sales & lead generation.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, attribution modeling, and CRM integration.
  • Experience generating qualified leads (B2C/B2B) and nurturing them into conversions.
  • Knowledge of automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with a blend of creative and analytical mindset.
  • Must be open to full-time in-office work (Gurugram).
