Experience: 3- 8 yrs Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Ads Executive with proven expertise in managing and scaling marketplace advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad strategies across top e- commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Meesho, Myntra, etc.) to maximize visibility, drive conversions, and achieve strong return on ad spend (ROAS). This role requires both strategic insight and hands-on execution in running diverse ad formats across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across multiple ad formats: Amazon: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display Flipkart: PLA, PCA Quick Commerce & Marketplaces: Blinkit Ads, Zepto Ads, Meesho Ads, Myntra Ads Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make adjustments to improve CTR, CPC, ACOS, ROAS, and TACOS. Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings to support campaign performance. Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations for scaling campaigns. Stay updated with platform changes, bidding strategies, and advertising best practices. Manage and optimize budgets across multiple categories to maximize ROI. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in marketplace advertising. Hands-on expertise in: Amazon Ads Console (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) Flipkart Ads Manager (PLA, PCA) Quick Commerce Ads (Blinkit, Zepto) Other Marketplaces (Meesho Ads, Myntra Ads) Strong understanding of performance metrics: CTR, CPC, ACOS, ROAS, TACOS.
