Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning And Analysis Manager to join our team at Disha Skill Training Services. As the Financial Planning And Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial planning and analysis processes of the company. This includes budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldMinimum 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysisStrong knowledge of SAP and proficiency in financial accountingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointAbility to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesProven leadership and team management skillsAbility to work autonomously and handle multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with financial regulations and compliance

Roles and Responsibilities

Assisting and Managing the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process

2. Analysing actuals against budget/ forecast and prior year3. Supporting decision-making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, andmeaningful insights and visibility on business performance4. Performing ad-hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making5. Performing diligence on specific investment/acquisition opportunities6. Assessing the strategic fit of a business by analyzing the financial statement andprepare financial modelling7. Having excellent knowledge of SAP and should be able to do data mining for thepurpose of analyses8. Proficient in MS office mainly in excel and powerpoint and should be able to work inERP system
