Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of

Finance Manager

for a reputed Company at the

Mumbai

location.Job Description:• Will be

responsible for Strategic Planning, preparing & managing the quarterly & annual operating plan, Budgeting & forecasting, MIS and Financial reporting, setting up process & control, Operational & Financial metrics analysis

, etc.•

Responsible for all the accounting functions including the usage of funds, in discussion with the management and all other statutory Compliance filling the necessary statutory returns, broadly managing cash & fund flow, preparation/finalization of balance sheet• Engage with the Business and Operations teams to align financial management with short- and long-term financial planning and projections.• Formulate the finance and commercial strategy for facilitating top management in decision making.• Annual business plan, mid - long term strategic plan, and capital allocation for projects.• Timely completion of accounts, monitoring quarterly performance, and accounting system for improvements.• Engage with the Business and Operations teams to align financial management with short- and long-term financial planning and projections.• Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance with

Income Tax, GST, Professional Tax

, etc for remittance, returns filling, and all other requirements.• Responsible to

submit a weekly MIS report to the management for indicating clearly the cash inflow and outflow along with the utilization of funds

.• Understand and mitigate key

elements of the company's risk profile.• Report

risk issues to the board of directors.• Ensure that the company complies with all

legal and regulatory requirements.• Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies.• Prepare timely & accurate inputs for payrolling in collaboration with HR.• Maintain banking relationships.• Preparing Bank Reconciliation statements periodically.• Manage and handle the ongoing communication, audits, and documentation requirements with CA's office• Other duties may be assigned by the management from time to time. The above role and responsibilities are only indicative, not limited. The Management may decide to change the scope of work depending on the exigencies of the business.Qualification:

Chartered AccountantSkills Required:• Candidates with strong finance and account experience in Financial services preferred• Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams.• Attention to details• Strong Analytical skills• Problem solving skills
