What You’ll Do Design and run onboarding and training programs to ramp new hires and upskill the team. Create and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, and toolkits that evolve with product and market changes. Align sales process with the buyer journey, closing skill and content gaps across the funnel. Partner with GTM leaders to define competencies, certifications, and frameworks for success. Support product launches and GTM initiatives with the right messaging and resources. Own enablement metrics (ramp time, attainment, content usage) and drive measurable impact. Evaluate and implement enablement tools and processes to streamline workflows. Act as a coach and trusted advisor to reps, helping them grow and close better. What You’ll Bring 6–10 years of experience in sales enablement or B2 B Saa S sales (quota-carrying experience a plus). Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in high-growth environments. Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills. Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CS. Familiarity with enablement tools and modern sales tech (LMS, CRM, call recording, sales engagement).
