Job Overview Join NCode Technologies, Inc. as a Junior Business Development Executive where you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth. This full-time position is based in Ahmedabad and is ideally suited for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in business development. You will focus on generating leads, managing customer relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in business development or sales roles, with a focus on IT solutions. Proficiency in lead generation and cold calling (Mandatory skill) to identify and attract potential clients. Strong customer relationship management skills (Mandatory skill) to build and maintain lasting client relationships. Effective email outreach techniques to engage prospective clients and support business outreach programs. Excellent sales presentation skills to clearly articulate the value proposition of company offerings. Experience in B2B sales to effectively manage sales processes within business-to-business contexts. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting and contribute positively to team dynamics. Roles and Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the sales team to support strategic initiatives and achieve sales targets. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for business expansion. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients to promote company services. Manage the sales funnel by tracking leads, opportunities, and conversion rates effectively. Support the development of sales strategies and plans to enhance business growth prospects. Provide regular feedback to management on client needs, market changes, and opportunities for improvement.
