Job Overview :We are seeking an experienced Senior QC Executive to lead and strengthen quality control operations in a manufacturing environment specializing in paints and coatings. The role involves overseeing daily QC activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, conducting advanced testing, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining product consistency, mentoring the QC team, and ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory requirements.Job Responsibilities :Oversee day-to-day Quality Control operations and supervise QC Executives and Assistants.Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of QC activities.Perform advanced testing and analysis to resolve complex quality issues, particularly related to paints and coatings.Review, verify, and approve QC reports in line with standard operating proceduresCoordinate with R&D, production, and procurement teams to address quality concerns and improve formulationsTrain and mentor QC staff on testing procedures, safety guidelines, and best industry practicesSupport internal and external audits and ensure preparedness for regulatory or customer inspectionsEnsure compliance with ISO and other applicable quality standardsIdentify process gaps and recommend improvements to reduce rework and enhance efficiencyPrepare and present periodic quality performance reports to managementStay updated with industry trends, new testing methods, and regulatory developmentsJob Requirements:Diploma / Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Chemicals, Chemistry, Paint Technology, or a related field.Minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar Quality Control rolePrior experience in the paint or coatings manufacturing industry is highly preferredStrong knowledge of Quality Control processes, standards, and industry regulationsProven leadership and team management skillsHands-on experience with advanced QC instruments and analytical techniquesExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesStrong documentation, reporting, and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Location : Ankleshwar
