**Key Job Description**
- Responsible for Operation of Steam sterilizer.
- Media Preparation and Growth promotion test.
- BET by Gel clot method.
- Maintenance of In-house and ready to use Standard Cultures.
- Handling and Calibration of instruments (TOC, pH/conductivity, Balance, Biosafety cabinet, Steam sterilizer, water bath, Heating Block, Microbial Air sampler etc).
- Monitoring of Incubators and Temp and RH of respective area.
- Responsible for Following cGMP, GDP, GLP and approved SOP procedures as applicable while performing the assigned task.
- Responsible for Ensure the cleanliness of area and upkeep the workbench, glassware instruments and accessories essential for performing analytical/microbial activities.
- Maintaining stock of auxiliary materials required for micro department.
- Sampling and Testing of Water samples (Purified water/Process water, Potable water and Rinse Samples) and maintaining the records of all types of testing.
- Sampling and testing of MLT for API.
- Disinfectant efficacy testing.
- Environmental monitoring of PPA and Microlab.
- Preparation of trend for water and EM.
- Sampling and Testing of Nitrogen gases and compressed Air gases.
- Performing operation and calibration of pH meter, Conductivity meter, TOC analyzer, and Analytical Balance.
- Sampling and Testing of all packaging material and maintain retention samples records.
