Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an MDM (Master Data Management) specialist. The MDM specialist will be responsible for managing, governing, and analyzing master data across the organization. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy, developing and implementing data management strategies, and working closely with various departments to meet their data needs. The specialist will also support data integration, conduct data validation, and resolve data-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in data integration and validation techniques
  • Ability to develop and implement data management strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Knowledge of relevant tools and software for MDM
  • Prior experience in the insurance or risk management industry is a plus
