About theRole:
Sales Managers (SM) are apart of the Bank's sales force whose primary responsibilityis to get new customers for the bank and explore new businessopportunities. SMs manage a team of business development executivesresponsible for selling current accounts and savings (CASA)accounts to customers based on their needs. They will ensuremapping of market and customers according to their need and handlequeries to ensure customer satisfaction
KeyResponsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through direct efforts and bymanaging a team of business development executives
- Identify sales opportunities for the CASA products byacquiring new customers and building new relationships
- Manage business relations with existing customers toincrease the depth of existing relationships
- Ensure timely servicing of leads received and resolutionof discrepancies raised during application process
- Record and track all engagement activities through theCRM system
- Prepare and ensure implementationof sourcing activation implementation coaching and mentoring planfor the BDEs
- Comply with KYC/SEBI rulesregulations and legislation governing the financial servicesindustry
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
- Graduation/ Post Graduation from a recognizeduniversity
- 48 years in a relevant role/ BFSIsector

- Good communication (bothverbal and written) skill in both English and the locallanguage
- Excellent lead generation andconversion skill
- Ability to handle pressureand meet deadlines
