Barista

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, frappes, teas, and café beverages.
• Deliver consistent taste, presentation, and speed of service.
• Engage with guests warmly and provide exceptional hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Support café operations with POS handling and team collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–3 years' experience as a Barista in global/international cafés (Starbucks, Costa, Third Wave, CCD, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing, latte art, and café operations.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Passion for coffee culture and attention to detail in presentation.
