Job Title: Barista

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a range of coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, flat white, pour-over, and cold brew to specialty standards
  • Create consistent, high-quality latte art with attention to detail and visual presentation
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service areas
  • Engage with customers in a warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable manner
  • Recommend drinks or pairings based on guest preferences
  • Calibrate grinders and espresso machines to ensure shot consistency throughout the day
  • Understand and execute manual brewing techniques (V60, AeroPress, French Press, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
