100% Remote (Must be able to work 8hours of CST)
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain backend services in Python + Flask.
- Lead integrations with APIs (including OpenAI).
- Collaborate closely with frontend and product teammates to deliver end-to-end functionality.
- Ensure backend systems are secure, reliable, and efficient.
What Makes You a Fit
- 3–5 years of professional backend development experience.
- Proven ability to design and ship production APIs.
- Clear communicator who can explain technical choices with ease.
- Team-first, collaborative, and focused on solutions.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with React.js to better align with the team.
- Experience deploying on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
