With that said, we want you, the Paid Media Strategist of our dreams, to elevate our client's results across Paid Social, ABM, and Paid Search through your overall experience in Performance marketing.
You are someone who
- is fun-loving because we'd love to see you gel well with us✨
- can understand the target audience quickly. You should know what to say to your audience and, more importantly, how to say it.
- has at least 5 years of B2B/SaaS Paid Media experience and can get results for our clients.
- has a proven track record of launching successful campaigns in paid media channels and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
- has experience working with complex data sets to make data-informed decisions and share thoughtful insights.
- has a working knowledge of account-based marketing and ABM tools.
- has deep knowledge ideally across Search and social (programmatic is a bonus).
- has a distinct crush on the SaaS market and a unique perspective on how to drive value for SaaS clients.
- has experience with Web tracking, CRM & analytics platforms (i.e., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DataStudio, Hubspot, Salesforce).
- has excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including the ability to create and deliver effective presentations.
You’ll be responsible for
- the demand generation strategy to deliver on targets to your client portfolio: Develop and execute a data-driven strategy to generate and accelerate the pipeline for your clientele.
- developing and implementing a broad range of highly targeted, multi-channel ABM programs and campaigns intended to increase engagement, build pipelines and accelerate revenue in key accounts
- building a high-performing team: Hire, mentor, and build a high-performing team of passionate marketers about numbers and performance.
- owning campaign execution end-to-end, including account selection, copy and content development, analysis, and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
- collaborating with internal/external content Marketing and Product Marketing teams to develop messaging and content tailored to our audience.
- using analytics and insights to profile and target ideal target accounts and contacts.
- coordinating ideation, creation, deployment, and analytics across multiple internal teams.
- maintaining a robust and diverse pipeline of optimization tests for each client you are assigned.
- driving macro and micro conversion improvements across high-growth marketing channels.
- analyzing and tracking KPIs, leveraging performance data to both identify optimization within existing funnels and unlock new growth opportunities.
- improving CRO Program efficiency by designing and maintaining systems, training, SOPs, etc.
- documenting, automating, and optimizing experimentation processes and growth loops.
