Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Junior Sales Manager to join our team at Elite Manpower & Training Academy in Indore. This full-time role requires candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales management. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and enhancing sales strategies to meet organizational goals. Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales management or related roles. Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary for effective client interactions (Mandatory skill). Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data (Mandatory skill). Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and build long-term relationships with clients (Mandatory skill). Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals. Detail-oriented and organized approach to managing tasks and meeting deadlines. Adaptability to rapidly changing industry trends and client needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify sales opportunities and address challenges. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational objectives. Manage and nurture client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and competitive dynamics. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential and existing clients to promote services. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports on sales activities and outcomes. Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. Participate in professional development activities to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.
