We are committed to innovation and continuous improvement, driving us towards operational excellence and market leadership.Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated F&A Treasury Head, who will be managing treasury operations for a leading UK & Ireland-based property services company. Leading a team of Treasury Accountants, oversee financial transactions and reconciliations in Yardi, and ensure smooth handling of student receipts and refunds. This role involves close collaboration with site staff and auditors, driving automation and cost optimization through advanced Excel and transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Tasks :Process & Team Management• Lead and manage a team of 5–6 Treasury Accountants, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high performance.• Oversee the accurate uploading of receipts into Yardi and direct bank transfers into the student transaction system, coordinating with site staff via email for confirmations.• Supervise the recording of credit card receipts and bank transfers, ensuring timely and accurate entries.• Conduct and support bank reconciliations – weekly and month-end in Yardi, collaborating closely with team members to resolve discrepancies.• Serve as the primary point of contact for site staff, addressing queries related to student receipts, refunds, and other financial matters through phone and email.• Manage the end-to-end process for deposit and rent refunds, ensuring compliance and timely execution.• Review tenant ledger reconciliations monthly, identifying and implementing corrective actions as needed.• Prepare and execute weekly payment run files across client bank accounts with precision and timeliness.• Manage clearance of unidentified transactions, ensuring proper allocation and resolution.• Handle audit queries by coordinating with internal and external auditors and providing necessary documentation and clarifications• Monitor and manage team performance through monthly scoring, regular one-on-one meetings, and continuous feedback.• Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilitiesClient and Stakeholder Management• Develop and maintain dashboards for operational metrics; lead weekly governance calls with clients to review performance and address issues• Serve as the primary point of contact for site staff, addressing queries related to student receipts, refunds, and other financial matters through phone and email.Automation and Transformation• Contribute to cost optimization initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and reducing operational overhead.• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and process tracking.• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Transformation team, including feasibility studies and implementation planning.Must-Haves:• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).• Familiarity with MS Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Office.• Excellent MS Excel skills.Qualifications:• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.What We Offer:Joining QX Global Group means becoming part of a creative team where you can personally grow and contribute to our collective goals.
