Job Description:-Role Overview:

We are seeking a brand executive to implement brand activations on-ground. This role includes travel to Attero's plant, warehouses, BTL activations, etc. This role is pivotal in crafting and implementing a cohesive brand strategy that resonates with our target audience and strengthens market presence for our corporate brand and allied brands.

Key Responsibilities

Brand InitiativesExecute innovative brand campaigns that align with business objectives.Manage programs to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on-ground activations.

Brand IdentityEnsure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints.Work with creative teams to develop compelling brand assets, including logos, merchandising, packaging, and marketing collateral.Conduct regular brand audits to ensure alignment with company values and market positioning.

Qualifications and Skills:

Must-HaveBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 1+ years of experience in brand management or marketing roles.Strong knowledge of ATL and BTL marketing techniques and tools.Proven experience in implementing brand strategies and campaigns.Good communication, project management, and analytical skills.
