Job Overview:

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies campaigns to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support overall marketing goals. This role involves creating and curating content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Manage engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand voice.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance to optimize campaigns and report on effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to inform strategy.
  • Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting and targeting.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events and campaigns to increase brand awareness.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
