About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sage X3 Consultant responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and support of Sage X3 ERP across various industry verticals. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored ERP solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle Sage X3 ERP implementations including scoping, requirements gathering, configuration, customization, testing, training, and go-live supportServe as a subject matter expert (SME) in Sage X3 modules such as Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, and ProjectsAnalyze client business processes to identify areas for system optimization and improvementConfigure and customize Sage X3 to meet business requirements, including workflows, reports, user roles, and integrationsProvide post-implementation support and troubleshootingDevelop and deliver client training and documentationCollaborate with internal technical/development teams for customizations and integrationsAct as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insight and recommendationsLead and mentor junior consultants on projectsRequired Skills & Qualifications8+ years of experience with Sage X3 ERP implementations and consultingProven expertise in multiple Sage X3 modules (e.g., Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, CRM)Strong understanding of ERP processes across industries like manufacturing, distribution, or retailHands-on experience in system configuration, testing, and deploymentAbility to gather and translate business requirements into ERP solutionsExperience with data migration and system integration (API, Web Services, etc.)Proficient in SQL and Crystal Reports (preferred)Strong project management and client communication skillsAbility to lead client workshops and provide end-user trainingWhat’s in it for you?Be part of a forward-thinking, innovative team dedicated to delivering high-quality software solutionsWork in a dynamic, collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth and developmentCompetitive salary and benefits package
