INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR - HORTICULTURE OFFICER

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement horticultural plans and strategies in alignment with the University's overall landscape management goals.
• Manage the maintenance and care of campus green spaces, including gardens, lawns, trees, and shrubs.
• Coordinate with groundskeeping staff to ensure timely and efficient execution of horticultural tasks such as planting, watering, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control.
• Conduct regular inspections of campus grounds to assess plant health, identify issues, and develop action plans for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Horticulture, Botany, Landscape Architecture, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in horticulture, preferably in a university or institutional setting.
• Strong knowledge of plant biology, cultivation techniques, and landscape design principles.
