Dayananda Sagar University (DSU) is a part of Dayananda Sagar Institutions (DSI), which was founded in the 1960’s by visionary Educationist – the Late Sri Dayananda Sagar. INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR HORTICULTURE OFFICER Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement horticultural plans and strategies in alignment with the University's overall landscape management goals.Manage the maintenance and care of campus green spaces, including gardens, lawns, trees, and shrubs.Coordinate with groundskeeping staff to ensure timely and efficient execution of horticultural tasks such as planting, watering, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control.Conduct regular inspections of campus grounds to assess plant health, identify issues, and develop action plans for improvement.Qualifications:Master's degree in Horticulture, Botany, Landscape Architecture, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in horticulture, preferably in a university or institutional setting.Strong knowledge of plant biology, cultivation techniques, and landscape design principles.
