About the company:At hexafun we reimagine boring product categories with our quirky

designs and a touch of style. We started this company in 2021 and are the first in India to

introduce quirky printed hankies and setting a new trend. Our portfolio consists of fashion

and lifestyle products that are made to make your everyday life a lot more stylish and flaunt

worthy.

As a startup we thrive on innovative ideas to transform the most basic products into fun and

designs that make it a style statement. We are very consumer and market trend focused and

constantly evolving because the fast fashion & lifestyle space is so dynamic.

The journey is a long one and we’ve just started scratching the surface with presence in

India & USA in the online space. Offline launch is underway in India and we’ll be scaling up

in the years to come. Onwards and upwards

Experience: 2-4 years

Location:BKC,Mumbai

Days: Monday- Friday

Timings: 10:00am - 7:00pm

Budget : 4 - 6 LPA (depending on prior work ex)

Manager: Partnerships & Collabs

If you’re the Sherlock Holmes of brand partnerships and love developing strategies that

make new age or the marquee brands collaborate with us, then stop looking any further. If

you’re a charmer and know your way about negotiations, building long lasting relationships

with brands and converting the alliances into revenue channels then we are looking to hire

you in our team at hexafun. As a new startup in the fashion and lifestyle industry, we are

looking for a smart yet passionate individual who can bring and manage brand partnerships

that also have a positive impact on the brand and increase it’s presence.

Requirements:

• Need prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building

strategic partnerships.

• Experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.

• Must be goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.

Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills along with

organisational and time management skills

Job Description:

- Identifying potential collaboration opportunities that have a good brand fit and would prove to be a good partnership in the long run.- Building and maintaining good relations with partners and nurturing them by keeping them warm with brand information from time to time- Identifying challenges that come along the way and finding amicable solutions and resolving them.- Developing engaging presentations backed by relevant data, research, strategies and case studies to pitch to existing and new partners- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy- Collaborating with marketing teams on partnership initiatives and successfully converting them to bring revenue or help us build a good brand presence.- Staying updated with industry trends and partnership developments that happen from time to time- Sourcing and farming new partners regularly to expand the pool of partners.- To prepare partnership deeds & contracts with terms that prove to be beneficial to the company and making sure everything is abided by.- Tracking and reporting on partnership performance and ROI with maintaining revenue records.- Reconciling invoices, payments, delivery of products, completion of activities.
